posthumously posted
I'm actually having a great winter break thus far. I'm really happy to have a few good friends. I'm really proud of myself. I'm also really glad "Pay Jay" got kindasorta released.
PS, For anyone who reads this' viewing pleasure, here are a few images from the powerpoints from my late Issues in Materials Preservation class.

auto-tuning
I haven't listened to music in like 3 deyzz
Anyway it's nice to know that Radiohead are avid listeners of Dabrye. They are slowly retracting the weenie-ness they've been emanating since In Rainbows came out. *dodges tomatoes and other assorted fruits* / *now uses netspeak action asterisks?*
Also, it just so turns out the October-released Department of Eagles' album In Ear Park WAS in fact named after the Westwood Rec, the park behind the Federal Building where I spent a large part of my childhood playing on the basketball team that my dad coached as well as eating hot dogs and getting ridiculed by persian girls. I also played on the said "ear", which is a (now fenced off) interactive sculpture on the Veteran Ave. side of the park.

my personal favorite: Department of Eagles - TEENAYJAHS
I also just did some internet lurking and found Amelia Bauer the person responsible for the cover art, and all her stuff is really tight! (note my arthistorymajor artist description skills)
Oh, also! This Sunday is the last chance you get to see Ryan Trecartin's I-Be Area in it's entirety at the Hammer Museum. Its.. ridiculous and fantastic. Better description here. Seriously, don't miss it

snniifffffllleeee
I basically sat in a cloud for 2 hours last night and now I'm sick, cool.
My first impression of the new Kanye album was really mediocre, but I really like how this one sounds like a straight Kate Bush song sprinkled with a little bit of Backstreet Boy's "Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely" (I DONT KNOW).
I am not looking forward to winter break, at all.
I cant get over this picture of Tina Turner (Taken from Best Week Ever, aka heaven)
I LOVE HYPERLINKS
I wanna make shit!
